Excellent service. Company staff were very puntual - they arrived at the time we had agreed upon- something I very much valued. Also, they were able to Diagnose the problem and fix it on the same day. You can tell the staff are extremely well trained and experienced.
Overall, couldn’t ask for more. The best ac repair / replacement company I ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended it.

The technician Anthony was very nice. We have the preventive maintenance program and it's worth it since it covers pretty much two service calls a year, if your air condition is working fine you can just have them clean out the line and make sure it works fine. No high-pressure sales, which is very nice. And I would know, I am a salesperson

There were quite a few additional aspects to this install. Daniela made the sales experience a positive one. The installation guys were well trained and hard working. In the end , everything worked as advertised. I’m very satisfied.

David and the Team at SMC Air Conditioning did a great job solving a mini spit problem we had going on for months - they did not give up but pursued with the Manufacturer until they arrived at a solution - would highly recommend.

Professional and Fast service. Anthony was very courteous and was able to diagnose the problem in about a minute. My condo unit has a tightly fit AC unit and Anthony found a way to get it done. I was impressed watching him communication back to the office and watch the team work to get parts located and delivered quickly allowing Anthony to finish the job quicker than expected.

Very pleased with the service I received! Anthony M. the technician was extremely knowledgeable about air conditioning units and was able to thoroughly explain the issue I was having with my unit. Even after completing his work, he provided me with additional tips on how to maintain my AC unit. Overall, I am very impressed with the work Anthony did in my home.
