The initial service the prior day did not identify a marginal capacitor which resulted in ac not working. They sent out a supervisor to identify and do the repair work the following day. I let him in remotely and I returned to a cool home. Very professional to deal with SMC... Cynthia, Anthony, and the team. Thank you for a job well done!

Professional and Fast service. Anthony was very courteous and was able to diagnose the problem in about a minute. My condo unit has a tightly fit AC unit and Anthony found a way to get it done. I was impressed watching him communication back to the office and watch the team work to get parts located and delivered quickly allowing Anthony to finish the job quicker than expected.

The technician Anthony was very nice. We have the preventive maintenance program and it's worth it since it covers pretty much two service calls a year, if your air condition is working fine you can just have them clean out the line and make sure it works fine. No high-pressure sales, which is very nice. And I would know, I am a salesperson

Second service from.SMC to my unit. This time SHAWN arrived on time for the service. Follow my directions where to park and let him know issues I was experiencing with my unit. Left him alone and notice by cameras all what he was doing. Update me with the issue my unit had. Took care of problems. He was very polite and very clear when communicating with me. I’ve been using SMC for years after a horrible experience with another company and they restored my faith in AC companies! Although everyone on their team that I’ve come into contact with have been great, Anthony is superb and I will wait until he is available for my repairs and maintenance. I love the semi-annual checkups (totally worth it) and this is the only way to insure no major issues form over time because they will, even on new units. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job SMC!
